Not the Right Fit?
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If your Oszea shoes aren’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help!
- Return & Exchange Assurance Reach out, and we'll handle your swap hassle-free. You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return Process To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@oszea.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Exchange Process If you need a different size or color, simply contact us at info@oszea.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and ensure you get the right fit.
- Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are covered by Oszea for exchanges.
- For refunds, a return shipping fee of NZ $20 may apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Extra charges may apply for Rural and Island deliveries.
- Non-Returnable Items Please note that certain items, such as gift cards and final sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@oszea.com, and we’ll make it right.
- International Returns For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties that may apply.
