At Oszea, we want you to love every step in your new shoes. We proudly offer a 30-day trial period and flexible return and exchange options — while ensuring our policy remains fair, sustainable, and protective of our small business operations.

1. Trial Period and Eligibility 

1.1 Oszea offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. 
1.2 Products may be returned for a refund or exchange if they meet the following criteria: 

● Are unworn, unused, and in original condition 
● Returned in original packaging (including the shoe box) 
● Include the original receipt or proof of purchase 

1.3 We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or damage not caused by our error. 

2. Exchanges 

2.1 If your shoes aren’t the perfect fit or you’d like a different size or colour, we’re happy to offer a free exchange within the 30-day period. 
2.2 To request an exchange, please email info@oszea.com with your order number and 
preferred size or colour. Our team will guide you through the process. 
2.3 Oszea covers the return shipping cost for exchanges within New Zealand and Australia 
(subject to conditions).

Refunds 

3.1 Refunds are available for items that meet the return eligibility listed in Clause 1.2. 
3.2 After we receive and inspect the returned item: 

● If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within
business days 
● If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your cost 

3.3 A return shipping fee of NZD $20 will be deducted from the refund amount unless the product is faulty or sent in error.

4. Return Process 

4.1 To initiate a return or exchange: 

● Contact info@oszea.com 
● Include your order number and reason for return 
● Our team will issue a return shipping label and instructions 

4.2 You must return the item within 7 days of receiving the return label. 

5. Rural and Island Deliveries 

5.1 Additional shipping charges may apply for rural or remote pickups and deliveries. These will be clearly communicated before a return label is issued. 

6. Damaged or Defective Items 

6.1 If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect: 
● Contact us at info@oszea.com within 5 days of receiving the item 
● Include photos and a description of the issue 
6.2 We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping), as appropriate. 

7. Non-Returnable Items 

7.1 The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: 

● Final sale / clearance items 
● Gift cards 
● Items returned after 30 days 

8. International Returns 

8.1 Customers outside of Australia and New Zealand are responsible for: 

● All return shipping costs 
● Any customs duties or import fees 

8.2 Oszea is not responsible for lost or undelivered international return parcels. We strongly  recommend using a trackable courier service. 

9. Abuse of Return Policy 

9.1 Oszea reserves the right to refuse service or future orders to any customer found to be 
abusing the return or trial policy — including excessive returns or returning worn products as new.
